Hilly Run

The run on the cardio machine went pretty well, although suffering from a little bit of asthma. Completed with an average minute ratio of 9.4 calories per minute. This is close to the best so far.

To ensure my heart rate stayed within the 143 rate level, I stopped running about six times. It took about five minutes for me to get upto a heart rate level of 143.

The next session will be a light run / walk and will occur on Thursday.

Welcome

Hi All,

Welcome to my blog, all about running, in particular my running progress. I'm intending this blog to be a dairy about my progress towards my target, how I'm feeling, some useful resources etc.

At the moment I'm training towards a 5K run. As there is no event that will be around when I finish my training ( all based on the polar fitness dairy website) I'll be doing this one by myself !!!
